The room number of the Hospitality Room will be posted by the Registration Desk.

The hospitality room is a great way to start your hoedown day. On Friday and Saturday mornings from 8 am to 10 am, you'll find hot coffee, juice, pastries, fruit, and other delicacies to fuel your body for the energy you'll need during the workshops, rehearsals, competitions, meetings, and many other activities of the weekend.

On Friday and Saturday nights, beginning around midnight, after you've "danced the night away" in the ballroom, consider a short walk to the hospitality room to find beverages, snacks, and plenty of friends having a great time of--well, you'll just have to be there to know what we mean.
