Thank you for REGISTERING EARLY for The South Will Burn Again! When you register early, you help in many ways to make our hoedown and convention successful.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, IAGLCWDC meetings, events and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant or attendee to IAGLCWDC's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events and activities.

Please read our refund policy carefully before you register.

Standard Registration

Standard Registration gets you admission to all events all weekend long, including evening dances, bar crawls, the hospitality room, workshops, Sunday brunch, socials, and the Sunday dance swap.

Standard Registration Fees are as follows:

Host Sponsorship

As a Host Sponsor, your charitable donation helps guarantee the success of The South Will Burn Again. To show our appreciation, we offer you, in addition to standard registration activities, a special VIP logo on your registration badge, a T-shirt, a convention dangle, an IAGLCWDC lapel pin, listing as a sponsor on our website and in the program (if received prior to September 30, 2009), and our sincere thanks for your generosity. Plus for U.S. residents, your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law!

You can register (standard or host sponsorship) in two ways: either online or on paper, whichever is more convenient for you.

Walk-in registrations are possible, of course. But registering early helps us plan and provides vital "seed money" for the things that must be paid for in advance. Single event tickets will be available, but to get the best value, we encourage you to register for the entire weekend.
